Can I get a different rim colour for my clock?
Our clocks come with a Birch wood, white or black painted rim. We have many options available in our custom section with alternate rims, faces and hand. If you would like a custom clock with a different rim colour than the above or hand colour, we are happy to discuss further customisation options. Are the clocks battery operated?
Yes, the clocks require one AA battery (not provided).

How do you hang the clock?
Our clocks are designed to be hung on a wall with a nail or hook.  This enables them to hang flush to the wall so they are as quiet as possible.  If the clock is not hung on a wall, or hung with anything that makes them sit out from the wall like Velcro hanging strips, it may be possible to hear the sound of the clock mechanism very slightly.  

What is the right age for a child to have a clock?
All kids benefit from having a clock on their wall, whether they are 3 or 13. It's great for younger children to see numbers around them just like they see letters and words in books.  All kids will learn to tell the time more easily, and have better time awareness if they have a clock in their room. Older children and teenagers’ time management skills benefit from having a clock to plan and monitor their time. 

Our Clocks look great in any space and will add brightness to any room for anyone.

Do you only sell wall clocks?
At this stage we only sell wall clocks. However, plans to release larger wall clocks and smaller desk clocks are underway! Check out our Instagram and Facebook @Clocksicle for updates.

Are there any other colour clocks on the way? We now have customisation available through the website, as stated above if you would like further customisation, please feel free to contact us. We do plan on releasing smaller desk clocks, and more face colours in the future.

What do I do if my clock stops working?
If your clock stops working, in the first instance replace the battery.
Clocksicle clocks have a 2 year warranty period from the date of purchase, which does not include general wear and tear but does include mechanical or other major failure. If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us at info@clocksicle.com.au . Goods claimed as defective will be replaced or repaired based on discussion with you, our valued customer. Where the clock needs to be sent back for repairs, the postage costs are borne by the customer, but repairs and return postage will be paid by Clocksicle.

Do you accept returns? 
At Clocksicle, we take pride in our reputation for quality and will refund or exchange your clock, provided it has not been damaged by you. Note that if you exchange a clock, Clocksicle will only cover additional postage costs if it is deemed faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.
All returns must be sent to Clocksicle within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. After we receive the returned item, we will refund you via the payment method in which the clock was purchased, within 5 business days.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

What's your privacy policy?
The information you provide us when you complete an order is only used by Clocksicle to fulfill your order. We only share information with third parties, for example Australia Post, if they are involved in the fulfillment of your order, and only then, with essential information to enable delivery of your clock.
