Our clocks are covered by a six month manufacturer’s warranty for any faults. Please contact us if you experience any problems within this time frame.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage or general wear and tear caused by the buyer.
At Clocksicle, we take pride in our reputation for quality and will accept items for refund or exchange provided that the clock has not been damaged by you.
Please note if you are exchanging an item, Clocksicle will only cover additional postage costs if the clocks are deemed faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.
All returns must be sent to Clocksicle within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
After receiving the returned item, we will refund you via the payment method in which the clock was purchased, within 5 business days.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
