Shipping & returns
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to locations in Australia.
We take great care when packing our clocks. All clocks are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes marked Fragile.
All orders will usually be shipped within a day, and should be delivered within 3-6 business days Australia wide. However we are currently on holidays, and any orders received now will be shipped on Monday 2 October. If your order is urgent, please contact email@example.com to make alternative arrangements.
We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping rates to your country.
Our clocks are covered by a six month manufacturer’s warranty for any faults. Please contact us if you experience any problems within this time.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage or general wear and tear caused by the buyer.
At Clocksicle, we take pride in our reputation for quality and will refund or exchange our clocks provided it has not been damaged by you. Note that if you exchange a clock, Clocksicle will only cover additional postage costs if it is deemed faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.
All returns must be sent to Clocksicle within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. After we receive the returned item, we will refund you via the payment method in which the clock was purchased, within 5 business days.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
