Shipping & returns

Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $100.  Shipping is otherwise a flat rate of $9.95.     
Shipping is $25 on all international orders.   

Packing
We take great care when packing our clocks. All clocks are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes marked Fragile.

Shipping Timeframes
All orders are shipped within a day, and should be delivered within 3-6 business days Australia wide.  If your order is urgent, please contact info@clocksicle.com.au to make alternative arrangements. 

Warranty
Our clocks are covered by a six month manufacturer’s warranty for any faults.   Please contact us if you experience any problems within this time and we will be happy to replace your clock.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage or general wear and tear caused by the buyer.

Returns
We take pride in our reputation for quality and will refund or exchange our clocks if they arrive to you faulty or damaged in any way. Clocksicle will cover the additional postage costs incurred to ship your replacement. 
We are happy to exchange your clock if you change your mind on your colour choice, as long as you are happy to cover the cost of posting the return and new clock to you.
